Bradley Ross
Dr. Bradley Robert Ross received his doctorate in dental medicine from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2003. While on active duty, he completed a one-year advanced education in general dentistry residency with the US Navy at Naval Station Great Lakes in 2004.
Stationed with the US Marines in Miramar, California, and deployed to Fallujah, Iraq, as a clinic director in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Dr. Ross received specialty training and a Master of Science in health sciences from the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
After being recognized as the Navy’s top dental resident with the Chief-of-the-Dental-Corps award, Dr. Ross finished his Navy career in Newport, Rhode Island, where he served as the endodontic specialty advisor for the Naval Health Clinic New England.
Dr. Ross relocated to Colorado Springs in 2012 with his wife, Karen, and their two children, Alexandra and Garrett. He is a proud member of the USOC Volunteer Dental Program, and enjoys the active lifestyle that Colorado Springs allows. Along with hiking and skiing, Dr. Ross is an avid Broncos fan.

Julie Be
Colorado Springs native Dr. Julie Be has worked in general dentistry and endodontics since 1995. She received her D.D.S. with honors from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, where she was actively involved in research. From there, Dr. Be attended the endodontic program at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, and received her certificate in endodontics.
Dr. Be earned her board certification and was named a diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics (ABE) in 2017. Her professional affiliations include the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, and Colorado Springs Dental Society.
Cherishing the mountains, Dr. Be enjoys traveling, running, hiking, camping, and doing anything outdoors.

Matthew
Thompson
Following assignments as an Army officer in military intelligence, Dr. Mathew B. Thompson was accepted to the Texas A&M Health Science Center Baylor College of Dentistry where he earned a D.D.S. in 2007. He completed the US Army’s endodontic residency at Fort Gordon in 2013 and joined Endodontic Specialists in 2016.
Dr. Thompson earned his board certification in 2019 and became a diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics (ABE). While in dental school, Dr. Thompson volunteered in the Dallas Big Brother Program, provided pro bono dental care to the local community earning the Annual Dental Student Award for Service, and served as class president.
Dr. Thompson loves mentoring general dentists interested in the field of endodontics and has given numerous lectures and presentations. He is published in both the Journal of the American Dental Association and the Journal of Endodontics.
Currently serving in the Colorado National Guard, Dr. Thompson enjoys outdoor activities with his wife, Alicia, and son, Caleb. He also spends time playing the piano, participating in church events, and playing with his two miniature schnauzers.

Bryan Horspool
Born and raised in southern California, Dr. Bryan L. Horspool received his D.D.S. from the University of Southern California School Of Dentistry in 2008.
After dental school, Dr. Horspool completed the one-year advanced education program at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. For the next three years, Dr. Horspool served as the 2nd BCT dentist for the 1st Infantry Division at Fort Riley, Kansas, and deployed to Iraq in 2010.
Dr. Horspool completed the advanced endodontics program at Fort Gordon, Georgia, and received his certificate in endodontics in the summer of 2014. He remains affiliated with the United States Army by serving in the U.S. Army Reserves, and is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Southern Endo Study Group, and the American Association of Endodontists. Here in Colorado Springs, Dr. Horspool serves athletes as a proud member of the USOPC Volunteer Dental Program.
Outside of his professional career, Dr. Horspool enjoys spending time outdoors discovering Colorado with his wife, Jamie, and their four children.

Scott Johnson
Dr. Scott Johnson earned his dental degree from Oral Roberts University School of Dentistry in 1983. He then served in various capacities as a U.S. Navy Dental Officer on land and at sea during his 11 years of service. While on active duty, Dr. Johnson completed a one-year advance clinical program in endodontics at Naval Dental Clinic. He was subsequently selected to attend a two-year civilian endodontic residency program at Baylor College of Dentistry where he received his specialty certificate and Master of Arts in 1991. Before joining Endodontic Specialists as the third partner in 1994, Dr. Johnson served as endodontic department head at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in 29 Palms, California.
Dr. Johnson and his high school sweetheart, Suzan, are proud parents of two daughters, Sarah and Stephanie, and their husbands who have or are currently serving as officers in the US Army and US Air Force. Dr. Johnson enjoys traveling, water sports, collecting military memorabilia, singing in the Colorado Springs Chorale, and serving in church leadership, but is proudest about his recent promotion as “Papa” to his grandchildren, Henry, Eliza, Madeline, and George.

Shannon Lundy
Shannon Lundy serves as our practice administrator and joined Endodontic Specialists as a business assistant in 2011. Over time, she gradually transitioned into managing the day-to-day operations of the practice. A people-oriented leader, Shannon applies her passion for people to support and develop her team. She is a Colorado native and has remained in Colorado Springs her entire life. Shannon earned her MBA in 2014, just two years after completing her bachelor’s degree in business management.
Shannon is happily married with two adult children and one grandson who has officially stolen her heart. She brings a love for people and animals (especially cats) and continually strives for personal and professional growth. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and close friends.

Cindy Hudson, Marketing Representative

Favorite place to visit in Colorado: River Bend Resort in South Fork, CO. It’s a beautiful mountain town and we love spending a lot of time in the summer up there cabining and riding ATVs.
Cindy Hudson
Cindy Hudson, born in Rapid City, South Dakota, spent most of her childhood traveling the world with her Air Force family. She settled in Colorado Springs in 1977. After graduating from high school, she worked in banking for 25 years prior to joining Endodontic Specialists in 2007. She brought her considerable knowledge and great organizational skills to Endodontic Specialists and has become an integral part of our marketing team. Cindy loves to do crafts, scrapbook, read, and ride ATVs.
